Please note that the quotation is not yet final, and can still be adjusted after the Business Process Review process. An initial Business Process Review cost is included in the quotation. Should you choose to proceed with this, the Scope of Work (SOW) document will be defined through a series of meetings, interviews and discussions. The revised estimated cost will be re-computed from the SOW.
Both you and DVC will be able to proceed or withdraw, after the estimated cost is finalized. If both parties agree to proceed, the contracting process will commence, and the initial Business Process Review cost is deducted from the contract cost.
