No mystery. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.

Most marketing companies keep the process vague because vague is easier to bill for. Ours is five steps, and I'll walk you through every one right here — the same way I would on a call. If you read this page and it's not for you, you just saved us both thirty minutes.

01
Step 01

The free Market Review

I pull your market's real numbers while you watch.

You book thirty minutes. You don't prepare anything. On the call, I pull the actual searches happening right now for your services, in your city and every town around it — live, on the screen, from tools you can look at yourself.

Then we do honest math on what that demand is worth to your business, using your real customer value — what one new customer actually pays you over the time they stay. Not an industry average. Your number.

If the demand in your market is thin, I'll say so. Thin numbers reported honestly beat fat numbers that fall apart in month three — and you'd find out eventually anyway. I'd rather you find out from me, for free, in minute ten.

Outcome 01

There's real demand and we're a fit

I show you the three program levels and exactly what each covers. You decide on your own time — no close, no countdown.

Outcome 02

There's demand, but not yet

Wrong season, wrong timing, money's committed elsewhere. You keep every number we pulled. Come back when it's the right month.

Outcome 03

We're not the right fit

I'll say it plainly and point you somewhere better suited. Our programs only make sense when the math works — I don't take money the math doesn't support.

02
Step 02

The Foundation

We fix the front door before we send anyone through it.

Traffic to a broken front door is money burned. So before a dollar of effort goes toward getting you found, we fix what happens when somebody shows up.

This work is built into every program, at every level. It's also why the numbers you'll see every month can be trusted: we didn't start counting until the counting was set up right.

01
Your site, on a phone
Fast, clear, and asking for the call above the fold — because that's where your customers actually are.
02
The booking path
We walk it ourselves, on our own phones, the way a customer would. Every step that isn't needed gets cut.
03
Call & form tracking
Set up from day one, so every number on your monthly page traces to real calls and real forms — never estimates.
04
Your starting line
We measure everything your site already earns from Google before we touch anything — so nothing gets lost, and so month one has an honest baseline to beat.
03
Step 03

The Program

Three sizes of the same machine. You choose how much market to go after.

Every program is the same work, aimed at a different amount of your market. On the Market Review you'll see all three against your real demand numbers, so the choice is about your appetite — not about decoding packages.

Level 01

Good

The core searches in your city. Your main services, your home town, your map listing — the center of your market, captured.

Level 02

Better

Map listings plus every surrounding town. Everything in Good, extended across your whole driving radius, with a page for each service that earns its keep.

Level 03

Best

The whole region, worked deep. Everything in Better across your full territory, plus steady new material every month that keeps widening your lead.

Why the bigger programs return more per dollar: the foundation work is built into every program. Above Good, every added dollar buys pure capture — more towns, more services, more of the market. On your Market Review you'll see the return math for all three, on your own numbers.

Want speed on top? Ads can run alongside any program as an accelerator while the ownership work compounds — with the click costs in your market shown before you spend a dollar, your spend and our fee always separate, and no changes to your account without your written sign-off, ever.

04
Step 04

The Monthly Meeting

This is the part no other company will do, and it's the reason clients stay for years: a standing thirty-minute meeting with me, every month, over one page of plain numbers — and the last line is what the month was worth to you in dollars.

Day before

Your page lands in your inbox

Searches, clicks, calls, customers, dollars. You walk into the meeting already knowing everything I know.

Meeting day · your time zone

Thirty minutes, line by line

Same slot every month, on your calendar before we ever start work. We go through the page together — especially any line that's down.

Same day

The recap, in writing

What we decided, what we're fixing, what we look at next month. No he-said-she-said, ever.

The rest of the month

The work runs

And next month's page shows whether it worked — in the same four lines, against the same baseline. No moving goalposts.

The number that stalled — and what we're doing about it

More people are showing up, fewer are calling. Your booking page loads slow on phones and the number isn't tappable. Both fixed by the 14th. We'll look at this same line next month together.

The red line stays on the page until it's fixed. That's the point.

From: Bruce Gordon  ·  Subject: Our meeting today — where we landed

Good talking today. Where we landed: we hold the program as-is and let the new town pages finish compounding before we touch anything.

The number we're on: calls dipped 12% — your booking page is slow on phones and the number isn't tappable. Both fixed by the 14th.

Next month we look at: that same calls line, against this month's 51.

See you on the 5th at 2:00 your time. — Bruce

Every meeting ends with this — the recap, in writing, same day. Decisions on paper, not in anyone's memory.

05
Step 05

The 90-Day Review

If the numbers don't work, you'll see it on the same page I do.

At ninety days we zoom out: three months of the same four lines, side by side, against the baseline we measured before we started. Is the machine doing what the Market Review said it would?

Usually the answer is yes, and the conversation is about what to go after next. Sometimes one line is behind, and the page says exactly which one — so the fix is specific, not a speech. Either way, you're never sitting across from someone explaining why the report is complicated. It's four lines and a dollar figure, and we're both reading the same ones.

You'll never have to wonder if it's working. Wondering is what the page is for.

Every client you just read about started with the same thirty minutes.

Book the Market Review. I'll pull your market's real numbers live, we'll do honest math on what they're worth to you, and you'll get one of three straight answers — including "we're not the right fit," if that's the truth.
