What it looks like when a business is in the answer.
We don't publish claims. We publish answers. Every result on this page comes from a captured AI response to a question the client's customers actually ask, and the screenshots behind each one are walked in full on the Market Review. Client names appear here only with written permission; until then the business is described, not named.
Every placement above is backed by the captured answer. Client name withheld here and shown, with their permission, on the Market Review — where you'll walk through all ten screenshots.
Ten questions. Ten answers. Named in every one.
Run on ChatGPT on September 1, 2026. Eleven responses captured (ten questions plus the closing shortlist). Question wording generalized here to protect the client's identity; the exact prompts and every screenshot are shown on the Market Review.
The same competitor was co-named in all ten answers and ranked second overall. On the two questions where the client placed second, the client's own website was not among the sources the AI cited; a competitor's was. That pattern is the whole lesson of this page.
Getting cited is what gets you named.
On every question where the AI pulled a page from the client's own site, the client ranked first. On both questions where it didn't, the client dropped to second and a competitor's page was cited instead. Ranking in an AI answer is not a popularity contest. It tracks almost exactly with whether the AI could find, read, and quote a page about you.
What the pages it quoted had in common: named, verifiable credentials; the specific towns served; specific, current information about the work and what it costs. Where the client was thin — one service line without its own page, a suburb without a mention — the answer went to whoever had written it down.
Ten questions. Four engines. Forty answers. Every month.
This is the standard behind every DVC report, including the one above.
The questions are locked
Ten questions your customers actually ask, agreed with you at the start and held constant, so month-to-month movement means something.
Every answer is captured
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google. Each answer is screenshotted as returned. Nothing is summarized that you can't see for yourself.
A miss is reported as a miss
Named or not named. First or not first. Cited or not cited. When the landscape shifts, you see the shift and what we're doing about it — not a rounded-off story.
Client results are added to this page as they're cleared for release. The full set — and the screenshots behind every table — is walked live on the Market Review.
